A Virtuous Cycle

Our operational model solves two problems simultaneously: massive corporate textile waste and the lack of resources in animal shelters.

1. Collection

Our logistics team extracts textile waste and furniture directly from the loading docks of partner hotels, at no cost.

2. Transformation

Volunteers and partner workshops process these materials (towels, sheets) to turn them into orthopedic beds and sterile supplies for dogs.

3. Impact

The materials are donated to shelters or sold with a 100% profit margin to fund rescues, vaccines, and complex surgeries.
